King Los – Everybody’s A Bitch (Feat. Hopsin & Royce Da 5’9″)
In Case You Missed It! | Everybody’s A Bitch
I have no idea how I missed this song, but gotdamnit now I’m mad that I haven’t been listening to it for the past year and a half. Ok truth time, I’ve heard Royce Da 5’9″ praise King Los before, but never took the time to check him out. Actually, I think I heard him on Sway In The Morning, but never listened to a song. Anyway, y’all already know I’m a big Hopsin fan and a HUGE Royce fan. That’s why I can’t believe I never even heard somebody mention “Everybody’s A Bitch” with these 3 giants.
You know how sometimes you see a collab that you think is gonna be crazy, but then it’s super short? Yeah, that’s not what’s going on here. “Everybody’s A Bitch” is almost 7 minutes long. Yes, there is a hook, but the majority is Hop, Los & Royce beating you over the head with top tier lyricism. Although Royce is definitely my favorite rapper overall out of the three, I gotta give it up to King Los on this one. It is his song, so it makes sense that he came with his A game, but for real, it’s not easy to outrap Royce. Just ask Eminem!
King Los Verse (Excerpt)
I done been considered the best for like the longest, boy
I got pissed off and hopped on the phone with Royce
“Yo Los, what up my nigga?”
“Mm, shit, uh, man, I need a favor from the god.”
“Nigga you the GOAT, nigga anything you need? What’s good?”
“Okay, then this won’t be hard
I need that two minute unlimited of you and Eminem
Bad Meets Evil Sequel, Eye for an Eye
Fetty Wap, Masika, Secret Technique
Street meets perfectionist, unique eclecticness (Royce!)
I need that why the fuck do Akademiks
Keep postin’ all the wackest rappin’ gimmicks?
I got a platinum plaque in Swag-Olympics back in the day”
I be bumpin’ Fab’ in Brooklyn, I be bumpin’ Fab in the Bay
Just cashed a six figure check, that’s called a fabulous day
Hopsin and Royce Da 5’9″ both killed it too. Royce, I think, a little more than Hopsin. Royce also had a much longer verse though. I believe that Hop had a 16 bar verse, and maybe Royce’s was 32 or something. King Los did say he needed a two minute verse from him.
Anyway, if you’re already familiar with the track, then maybe this post will be a throwback for you. I was just excited about finding it, so I had to do something with it.
